Gervasi Woodworking - a talented craftsman with an eye for details

Floating nightstands in fir to match original trim. They look as if they have always been there. It was a tight fit and measurements had to be exact for these shelves to float perfectly under the windowsill.

Cody Gervasi has been in Shannon's life for 9 years. She initially met him through her work as a realtor, but over the years their relationship transformed into a dear friendship, and she has watched his design and woodworking business grow. He excels in his craft and meets her (admittedly) high standard for attention to detail in a finished product. Cody's range of skill is impressive: he has built custom furniture for the new Parachute store on NW 23rd, made wooden bows and arrows for his nephew, and crafted large bartops for restaurants as well as numerous furniture pieces for private clients. This year Shannon entrusted him to design and make several custom pieces for her own home. If you are looking for a talented, witty and skilled woodworker to make a beautiful custom piece, we highly recommend you take the time to meet with Cody and pop by his shop for a visit... even if it is just to play darts.

This custom baby gate was designed to perfectly align with the existing vertical slats and spacing. It is a beautiful piece that is not an eyesore. Its design blends seamlessly into the home and looks as though it was part of the original design.

The gate is made of fir to match the existing trim throughout the home. It was installed without having to drill into the wood -- just a few fasteners into the drywall that can easily be patched over when the gate is no longer necessary.

Visiting Cody in his shop is a true pleasure and we always delight in seeing previews of his projects.
