ARTIST’S BEDROOM

Previously worked with this client on their Division Artist’s Kitchen. The blend of modern design, artistic influence and a zen-like feeling throughout the kitchen and main level was seamlessly incorporated into the bedroom. A custom walnut built-in armoire was created to amend the lack of closet space. Bench seating was designed complete with ample storage and offers a quiet place to read. Now an enticing place to get ready in the morning and wind-down in the evening this moody retreat is its own destination for the home owners. Deeply saturated wall paint subtly shifts tone throughout the day. The textiles of upholstery, rug and roller shades were selected to continue the rich cohesiveness of the walnut and enhance the mood of the room.
